BASIC GRADING REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting stance punching counting to 10 in Korean
- Rising kicks
- Jab cross
- Basic line work, punching, front kicking and blocking
- 5 GOOD press ups
You should bow when you enter the hall, and when you meet your fellow students, and when your eyes meet your instructor. WHY DO WE BOW? It is courteous, respectful and a show of strength.
